La chapelle Saint-Servais est une chapelle située à Rommersom dans la commune belge de Hoegaarden. La chapelle se dresse sur une colline au nord-ouest du village.
Bien que la chapelle ait été construite au XVIIIe siècle, le style architectural est d’origine romane. L’année 1755 appliquée au plafond en stuc le rappelle.
