La "Charleroyhoeve", dans un style traditionnel de brique et de grès, est un vestige de ce qui était autrefois la ferme de location (semi-)fermée la plus prestigieuse de l'abbaye de Grimbergen. Bâtiments partiellement entourés de douves datant du troisième quart du 17ème et du 18ème siècle, adaptés ou rénovés aux 19ème et 20ème siècles. Situé à la campagne, à la lisière nord-est du centre du village, installé au coin formé par la Maalbeek et la Lierbaan, dans le paysage protégé de "La vallée de la Maalbeek" (Arrêté royal du 9-7-1980).
