Une jeune forêt de 1,4 hectares qui a débuté en décembre 2015 pour une première partie et la deuxième partie a été plantée en décembre 2016. La forêt est située au sommet de Galmaarden et Waarbeke et les propriétaires de l’époque ont toujours appelé l’endroit « de Wallenberg », d’où le nom « Wallenbergbos ». La forêt est entre des mains privées, mais le sentier de randonnée dans la forêt est ouvert aux randonneurs.
