S'étendant au sud de Huy, le long d'un petit affluent de la Meuse, ce vaste système souterrain est constitué de deux grottes, le trou Manto et la grotte St-Etienne. L'ensemble représente un site de première importance pour l'hibernation des chauves-souris. On y a en effet recensé au cours des dernières années plusieurs espèces très menacées à l'échelle régionale, tel le petit rhinolophe (Rhinolophus hipposideros) ou encore le vespertilion à oreilles échancrées (Myotis emarginatus).
Pour redescendre on monte d'abord pour contourner le Trou Manto par la gauche. En haut, on suit le sentier vers la droite, et on redescend (plusieurs sentiers s'entrecroisent mais arrivent tous en bas) vers la rivière.
