L'église Saint-Guibert est l'église paroissiale d'Itegem, située au Sint-Guibertusplein 21, dans la commune d'Anvers de Heist-op-den-Berg. Pendant les conflits religieux, cette église a été détruite pour être restaurée au début du 17ème siècle. En 1653-1661, un nouveau clocher a été construit suivant les plans de Jan Veris. En 1789-1791, une église plus grande a été construite, préservant le clocher du 17ème siècle. En 1885, les nefs ont été étendues vers l'est selon les plans de F.H. Cox.
