L'église du Saint-Sacrement est l'église paroissiale du quartier de Lommel à Kattenbos.
Cette église-halle a été construite en 1938-1939 comme église de monastère pour le Klooster Kattenbos.
Cette église servait aussi traditionnellement d'église paroissiale , et a finalement été transférée à la paroisse en 2000. L'édifice en brique est de style gothique moderne et ressemble à l'église Saint-Antoine de Padoue à Barrière .
A gauche de l'église se trouve une statue du Sacré-Cœur.
