Le Grand Combin, situé dans le canton du Valais, est un sommet des Alpes suisses culminant à 4 314 mètres, entre le val de Bagnes et le val d'Entremont. Il constitue le plus haut sommet situé entre le mont Blanc et la Dent Blanche et le deuxième plus haut sommet de Suisse romande. Il est le point culminant d'une importante montagne, le Combin, glaciaire dans son versant nord où descend le glacier de Corbassière. Ses similitudes avec certains passages historiques du mont Blanc lui ont fait emprunter les dénominations .
