La Vénus de Monruz est une figurine du Paléolithique supérieur, ou du début de l'Épipaléolithique, datant de la fin du Magdalénien, il y a environ 11 000 ans. C'est un pendentif en gît noir en forme de figure féminine, mesurant 1,6 cm de haut, avec un perçage en haut.
Elle a été découverte le 26 juillet 1990, lors de la construction de l'autoroute A5, à Monruz dans la commune de Neuchâtel, en Suisse.
