Neu Kosenow est une commune allemande, située près d'Anklam, appartenant à l'arrondissement de Poméranie-Occidentale-Greifswald, dans le Land de Mecklembourg-Poméranie-Occidentale. Sa population, en diminution, comptait 585 habitants au 31 décembre 2010.
Neu Kosenow se trouve à huit kilomètres au nord-ouest d'Anklam et à dix-huit kilomètres à l'est d'Ueckermünde. La commune, outre le village de Neu Kosenow, regroupe les villages et localités d'Alt Kosenow ; Auerose ; Dargibel ; et Kagendorf .
