Herxheim bei Landau/Pfalz est une municipalité et chef-lieu de la Verbandsgemeinde Herxheim, dans l'arrondissement de la Route-du-Vin-du-Sud, en Rhénanie-Palatinat, dans l'ouest de l'Allemagne. La municipalité est située à environ 10 km de Landau.
Le site néolithique d'Herxheim de cinq hectares y a été découvert et plusieurs campagnes de fouilles ont mis au jour une grande quantité de matériel de la culture rubanée datant d'environ 5000 ans avant notre ère. Le site est exceptionnel car les archéologues estiment qu'environ un millier d'individus victimes de cannibalisme sont enterrés dans le double fossé qui l'entoure.
