Le Iris-Jörg est un bateau de pêche côtière, construit en 1956 sous le nom d'Eilenburg pour la compagnie maritime Süptitz & Co. aux chantiers Nobiskrug. Le navire, qui est aujourd'hui classé monument historique, se trouve comme bateau musée au Musée de la navigation côtière de Kehdinger à Wischhafen.
Le navire a été construit en 1956 sous le nom d'Eilenburg aux chantiers Nobiskrug à Rendsburg. Le lancement a eu lieu le 19 avril et la remise au client, la compagnie maritime Süptitz & Co. à Hambourg, le 24 mai 1956. Le navire faisait partie des six navires jumeaux.
