Le château de Steinenhausen est un complexe de châteaux baroques situé près de Melkendorf, dans le quartier de Kulmbach en Haute-Franconie, en Allemagne. L’imposant bâtiment a appartenu pendant des siècles à une lignée de barons de Guttenberg. Il se trouve directement au confluent des rivières Rouge et Blanche. La Main commence au confluent de la Main derrière le château.
En 1439, Rüdiger Henlein et ses frères Ulrich et Jörg furent confinés de l’écurie du château de Steinenhausen par le margrave Frédéric de Brandebourg-Kulmbach. Bernhard von Guttenberg zum Steinenhaus a probablement commencé la construction et l’agrandissement du château en 1481 :
