La tourbière Grundlose est la plus grande tourbière haute encore presque intacte dans le district de Heidekreis, en Basse-Saxe. Elle est classée en tant que réserve naturelle.
La tourbière Grundlose se trouve à cinq kilomètres au nord-ouest du centre-ville de Walsrode et couvre une superficie d'environ 3 kilomètres carrés. Son centre est situé à environ 2 kilomètres au sud-ouest du village d'Ebbingen et à environ 3,5 kilomètres au nord du village de Fulde.
