Le Tanger est une rivière en Saxe-Anhalt. On distingue le Tanger de Lüderitz et le « véritable » Tanger.
Plusieurs ruisseaux dans les environs d'Angern se rejoignent en éventail près de Tangerhütte avec le ruisseau source du Tanger venant de Cröchern et l'affluent venant de Dolle. Dans le cours suivant, la rivière prend au sud de la commune de Demker le Tanger de Lüderitz, qui prend sa source à Wittenmoor, au bord nord de la lande de Colbitz-Letzlinger. Enfin, le Tanger atteint Tangermünde en tant qu'affluent gauche de l'Elbe.
