La Rigaer Straße est une rue à Berlin-Friedrichshain entre Bersarinplatz à l'ouest et la gare Frankfurter Allee à l'est. Elle est parallèle à la Frankfurter Allee au sud, et croise la Liebigstraße, la Proskauer Straße, la Pettenkoferstraße, la Samariterstraße, la Voigtstraße et la Schleidenplatz.
Au départ, il y avait deux rues connues pendant le période d'urbanisation les Rues 58 et 58a de la division XIII/2. Ensuite la rue a pris le nom de Eckartsbergstraße dans sa partie ouest et de Rigaer Straße dans sa partie est, vers la gare, en référence à la capitale lettone. Le 24 juin 1893, toute la rue a pris le nom de Rigaer Straße.
