Le port de la ville de Hamm est un centre logistique trimodal situé le long du canal Datteln-Hamm dans la ville de Hamm, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. C'est le deuxième plus grand port fluvial public de la République fédérale d'Allemagne. L'exploitant est le Hafen Hamm GmbH, une filiale des Stadtwerke Hamm GmbH. La zone de chalandise du port s'étend bien au-delà de Hamm jusqu'au Münsterland, au Sauerland et au sud de l'Ouestphalie, ainsi qu'en Hesse, reliant ces régions au réseau fluvial européen ainsi qu'aux ports de la mer du Nord et de la mer Baltique en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas.
