Bergwitz est un quartier de la ville de Kemberg dans le district de Wittenberg en Saxe-Anhalt. Le village est régionalement connu pour le lac de Bergwitz comme zone de loisirs touristique.
Bergwitz est situé à la limite de la vallée glaciaire de l'Elbe dans la forêt de Dübener.
Situé sur une crête de sable, le village est entouré au nord par Auelehm et au sud par le lac de Bergwitz, une ancienne zone marécageuse et tourbière. Le lac de Bergwitz a été formé à partir d'une ancienne mine de lignite. La ville de Luther, Wittenberg, se trouve à 15 kilomètres d'ici, et Leipzig est à 60 kilomètres.
