La gare de Bünde – abrégée Bünde – dans la ville ouest-faïdale de Bünde, dans le district de Herford, est située sur la ligne de chemin de fer Löhne–Rheine, dont la ligne Bünde–Bassum diverge ici, et qui n'est actuellement en service que jusqu'à Rahden.
La ligne principale a été inaugurée en 1856 entre Löhne et Rheine comme partie de la ligne de chemin de fer de Hanovre. La ligne vers Rahden–Sulingen–Bassum a suivi en 1899/1901.
