La mine Vereinigte Constantin der Große était une mine de charbon à Bochum et Herne. La mine a été appelée à partir de 1953 uniquement la mine Constantin der Große, et plus tard simplement la mine Constantin. Le syndicat Vereinigte Constantin der Große était l'un des membres fondateurs du syndicat charbonnier rhénan-westphalien. La mine Vereinigte Constantin der Große a été en activité pendant plus de 100 ans. Dans la seconde moitié du 19e siècle, la mine faisait partie des mines les plus importantes du district gouvernemental d'Arnsberg.
