La chapelle Saint-Servais de Lechenich, un Stadtteil de la commune allemande d’Erftstadt en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, date du 12ème siècle et était autrefois l’église paroissiale des villes de Konradsheim et Blessem. La chapelle sert aujourd’hui de chapelle au cimetière de Lechenich.
La chapelle est l’un des plus anciens bâtiments religieux d’Erfstadt. Pour les murs de la chapelle, construite au 12ème siècle, de la pierre concassée, du gravier, du tuf et du grès de la région ont été utilisés. Cependant, la sous-structure date de périodes très différentes, car en plus des matériaux plus jeunes, des matériaux romains anciens ont également été utilisés. Après avoir enlevé le stuc, des parties de pierres votives romaines ont été trouvées.
