La villa Truman, anciennement appelée villa Müller-Grote ou maison Erlenkamp, se trouve au 2 Karl-Marx-Straße à Potsdam-Babelsberg.
La "maison Erlenkamp", située à l'époque au 2 Kaiserstraße à Neubabelsberg, a été conçue par les architectes Karl von Großheim et Heinrich Joseph Kayser et construite de 1891 à 1892. Le commanditaire était Carl Müller-Grote, propriétaire de la librairie Grotesch et éditeur des œuvres de Theodor Fontane. La villa lui a servi de résidence d'été et était rapidement un lieu de rencontre pour des personnalités importantes. Un visiteur régulier était Edwin Redslob, le conseiller artistique du Reich de la République de Weimar, qui a co-fondé le Tagesspiegel en 1945.
