Proschim, en bas-sorabe Prožym, est un quartier de Welzow dans le district de Spree-Neiße à Brandenburg.
Proschim est situé en Basse-Lausace, directement à la frontière avec la Saxe, et fait partie de la zone de peuplement officielle des Sorabes/Wendes. Les localités environnantes sont Welzow au nord, les quartiers de Bluno dans le sud-est et de Klein Partwitz au sud appartenant à la commune saxonne d'Elsterheide, ainsi que les quartiers de Lieske à l'ouest et de Bahnsdorf au nord-ouest appartenant à la commune de Neu-Seeland.
