La chapelle de Théobald est une église évangélique dans le quartier de Nöschenrode de la ville de Wernigerode en Saxe-Anhalt.
Il est rapporté que le comte Heinrich de Wernigerode a fait construire la chapelle de Théobald en 1400 à la sortie du village de Nöschenrode comme chapelle de réconciliation pour la violation de la paix du territoire commise par le comte Dietrich en 1386. Un document de 1403 confirme cela, bien que la découverte archéologique indique un âge plus ancien. La chapelle a été nommée d'après saint Théobald de Thann, qui était désigné dans des lettres d'indulgence en 1403 et 1405 sous le nom de Theobaldus episcopus et confessor.
