La Haute-Lusace est une région historique de la Lusace qui occupe une partie du Land de Saxe et une contrée du Land de Brandebourg en Allemagne ainsi que de petites parties de la Pologne.
En Saxe, la Haute Lusace comprend les arrondissements de Bautzen et de Görlitz avec les villes de Kamenz, Bautzen, Zittau, Görlitz, Löbau, Hoyerswerda, Bischofswerda. En Brandebourg, seulement la région autour de la ville de Ruhland appartient à la Haute-Lusace. La région entre les rivières Neisse et Kwisa avec la ville de Lubań appartient depuis 1945 à la Pologne où elle fait partie de la voïvodie de Basse-Silésie.
