Le Städtisches Leibniz-Gymnasium Remscheid est une école de Remscheid qui existe depuis 1827 et qui est située depuis 1986 dans le centre scolaire Klausen à Remscheid-Lüttringhausen.
Fondée en tant qu’école civique privée en 1827, l’institution a été agrandie en école secondaire en 1873. À partir de 1886, elle a été transformée en une école secondaire réformée, qui en 1901 a pris l’Abitur pour la première fois et à partir de 1907 a reçu sa propre branche d’école secondaire, en 1937 elle a reçu le nom de « Hindenburg-Schule » en tant qu’école secondaire municipale pour garçons. En 1946, dans le cadre de la réforme scolaire, l’école est devenue le lycée municipal des sciences naturelles avec le latin comme 1ère langue étrangère.
