L’école de police d’État de Basse-Saxe était une école de police dont le siège était à Hann. Münden, qui, de 1946 à 1997, dirigeait la formation et le perfectionnement de la police d’État de Basse-Saxe. En 1997, il a été transformé en Institut de formation de la police, qui a été transféré en 2007 à l’Académie de police de Basse-Saxe basée à Nienburg/Weser. Malgré la réorganisation, le domaine de Hann. Münden est le lieu central de la formation et du perfectionnement de la police de Basse-Saxe depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale, aujourd’hui en tant que branche active de l’académie de police.
