La gare de Berlin Potsdamer Platz est une gare ferroviaire souterraine de Berlin située dans le tunnel nord-sud. Elle se trouve dans le quartier de Mitte à proximité de la Potsdamer Platz. Du temps de la partition de la ville entre la RDA et la RFA, la gare se trouvait sous le mur de Berlin et les trains ne s'arrêtaient pas, faisant de la gare une station fantôme.
Le 9 octobre 1939, le tunnel nord-sud entre les gares de Humboldthain et d'Unter den Linden est prolongé jusqu'à la gare de Großgörschenstraße en passant par une nouvelle gare souterraine située sous la Potsdamer Platz à proximité de la gare de Potsdam.
