Wildbad Kreuth est un quartier de la commune de Kreuth, situé près du Tegernsee en Haute-Bavière. Il appartient aux ducs de Bavière de la maison de Wittelsbach et est habité par Hélène en Bavière. L’endroit a été utilisé comme station thermale par le monastère de Tegernsee et a attiré des invités de marque au 19e et au début du 20e siècle.
Le sanatorium a pris fin en 1973. De 1974 à 2016, il a été utilisé comme centre éducatif de la Fondation Hanns Seidel. Le nom a acquis une renommée nationale grâce à la décision de séparation de Kreuth adoptée ici dans le cadre de la réunion à huis clos de la CSU.
