Till-Moyland est un quartier de la commune de Bedburg-Hau dans le district de Kleve, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Le quartier compte environ 830 habitants.
La ferme de Till est mentionnée pour la première fois en 1257. Elle était la propriété des comtes de Kleve. Une église paroissiale est mentionnée en 1292, mais elle existait probablement déjà au 9e/10e siècle, comme le témoignent les inscriptions de deux pierres de signalisation aujourd'hui disparues. L'actuel baptistère de l'ancienne église date d'environ 1200. L'église actuelle Saint-Vincent est originaire de la fin du 15e siècle et a été entièrement rénovée après 1850.
En 1294, de vastes mesures de colonisation ont commencé dans la région de Till. Au 14e siècle, Till faisait partie du district de Monterberg et plus tard du district de Kleverhamm.
