Le château d'Ulstrup est une maison de maître située dans la petite ville d'Ulstrup, à 20 kilomètres au sud-ouest de Randers, dans l'ouest du Danemark.
Le château d'Ulstrup retrace son histoire jusqu'à la fin du XIVe siècle, lorsqu'il appartenait à Jens Brandsen. Parmi les propriétaires ultérieurs figure la reine Marguerite I, mais la maison d'origine a disparu et Ulstrup a continué à exister en tant que village. Il a été acquis par le conseiller privé Christen Skeel en 1579 et a été dissous pour faire place à sa nouvelle maison de maître, construite en 1591. Le bâtiment a été agrandi entre 1615 et 1617 par son fils, Jørgen Skeel, et un bâtiment agricole a été construit en 1668.
