Le château de Brattingsborg était un château royal dans la ville de Tranebjerg sur l'île de Samsø, au Danemark. Le château de Brattingsborg partage son nom avec le manoir de Brattingsborg. Pour distinguer les deux, l'ancien château est communément appelé Vieux Brattingsborg. Le château a été érigé à un moment donné au 12e siècle mais a été détruit et brûlé lors d'une bataille menée par l'outlaw Stig Andersen Hvide en l'an 1289. Après sa destruction, la couronne a décidé de construire le château de Vesborg sur la côte sud. Les seuls vestiges de Brattingsborg sont les tumulus de la colline du château ainsi que des traces de ses défenses à double fossé et ses fondations.
