San Martín del Rey Aurelio est une commune située dans la communauté autonome des Asturies en Espagne. Elle est délimitée au nord par Siero, au nord par Laviana et Bimenes, à l'ouest par Langreo et au sud par Mieres et Laviana.
En 2007 fut approuvée l'union administrative de ses trois principales localités en une seule et même ville, appelée San Martín. Elle fut le siège de la monarchie asturienne et héberge de nos jours le tombeau du roi Aurelio. En 1837 elle se sépara de Langreo.
