Algemesí est une commune de la province de Valence, Communauté valencienne, en Espagne. Elle est située dans la comarque de la Ribera Alta, zone à prédominance linguistique valencienne. Sa population s'élevait à 27,607 habitants en 2016.
La ville d'Algemesí est délimitée au Sud par le Magro, affluent du Júcar appelé localement rambla d'Algemesí.
