La centrale thermique de Foix était une installation thermoélectrique à cycle conventionnel située dans la commune de Cubellas, au sud de la province de Barcelone.
La construction de la centrale a commencé en 1975 et le seul groupe existant a été raccordé au réseau en 1979. La conception du groupe permet l'utilisation interchangeable de fioul à faible teneur en soufre et de gaz naturel.
