Le vélodrome de Horta Miquel Poblet est un vélodrome extérieur situé dans le district d'Horta-Guinardó, au nord de la capitale catalane, Barcelone. Il a une capacité de 3 800 spectateurs. Il est la propriété de la mairie de Barcelone, siège de la Fédération Catalane de Cyclisme. Il est dédié au cycliste catalan Miguel Poblet.
