Le monastère de San Jerónimo de la Murtra est un ancien cénobio de l'Ordre hiéronymite construit dans un style gothique au début du XVème siècle. Il est situé dans le cadre naturel de la Sierra de la Marina, dans la municipalité de Badalona de la province de Barcelone.
Le premier cénobio a été fondé en 1413 près de San Pedro de Ribas, dans la région catalane du Garraf, dans la même province de Barcelone, avant d'être transféré trois ans plus tard, en 1416, par le marchand barcelonais Bertran Nicolau, qui ordonna sa réédification sur l'ancienne maison rurale de La Murtra, entre Badalona et Santa Coloma de Gramanet. À partir de cette maison primitive, l'église, les cellules, le cloître, le réfectoire, la cuisine et d'autres dépendances monastiques ont été construits.
