La prison du Dueso est une ancienne et légendaire prison et colonie pénitentiaire espagnole, toujours en activité, située au bord de la mer, dans le quartier homonyme de la ville de Santoña, anciennement dans la province de Santander, et aujourd'hui dans la Communauté de Cantabrie. Elle a été inaugurée en 1907, tirant parti des bâtiments de la caserne et de la place d'armes du Dueso qui existaient déjà, et face à l'opposition des Catalans concernant le transfert des prisonniers d'Afrique à la prison de Figueres.
