Lauttasaari, terme finnois signifiant en français « Île du Bac », en suédois Drumsö, est une île du golfe de Finlande située à l'ouest du centre-ville d'Helsinki, la capitale finlandaise. Elle constitue avec quelques îlots avoisinants un quartier et un district de cette municipalité, dont elle dépend administrativement. Avec plus de 20 000 habitants, c'est la deuxième île la plus peuplée du pays.
