Gentioux-Pigerolles [ ʒãsju piʒʁɔl] est une commune française située dans le département de la Creuse en région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Sous l'Ancien Régime, le village appartenait au comté de la Marche.La commune de Gentioux-Pigerolles est située au Sud-Ouest du département de la Creuse, au point culminant de la route reliant Limoges à Felletin et à peu près à mi-chemin de cette dernière et d'Eymoutiers. Gentioux a donné son nom au plateau de Gentioux, pendant septentrional du plateau de Millevaches.
