Caudebec-en-Caux est une ancienne commune française située dans le département de la Seine-Maritime, en Normandie. Contrairement à ce que son nom indique, la commune n'appartient pas au pays de Caux, puisque celui-ci n'inclut pas la vallée de la Seine. Le déterminant « en Caux » a été ajouté par l'administration dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle, pour éviter une confusion avec Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf.
