Tourlaville est une ancienne commune française, située dans le département de la Manche en région Normandie, peuplée de 15 995 habitants .Les cinq conseils municipaux de Cherbourg-Octeville, Équeurdreville-Hainneville, La Glacerie, Querqueville et Tourlaville ayant voté le 8 septembre 2015 la fusion de leurs communes respectives, la nouvelle commune prend après cette fusion le 1er janvier 2016, le nom de Cherbourg-en-Cotentin.
