Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne est une commune française dans le département des Alpes-Maritimes en région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Situé sur le rebord d'un plateau, dominant en à-pic les gorges de la Siagne, Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne est l'un des villages-belvédères typiques de la région. Célèbre notamment pour ses grottes qui se trouvent à 2 kms du village, Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, qui fut autrefois fortifié, conserve de pittoresques ruelles. Ses habitants sont appelés les Saint-Cézariens.
