Saint-Folquin est une commune française située dans le département du Pas-de-Calais en région Hauts-de-France.La commune est arrosée par l'Aa et le Mardick à l'est, par le canal de Calais au sud et, sur quelques dizaines de mètres, par la rivière d'Oye au nord. Le hameau de Mannequebeurre est situé le long du Mardick.
