Scionzier est une commune française située dans le département de la Haute-Savoie, en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Scionzier est implantée à mi-chemin entre Genève et Chamonix. L'autoroute A40 dessert cette commune qui est aussi le point de passage pour rejoindre nombre de stations de sports d'hiver réputées, telles que celles du grand massif , mais aussi Les Gets, Pras de Lys, Morzine-Avoriaz, ou encore Romme sur Cluses, Le Reposoir et Mont-Saxonnex.
