Bolbec est une commune française, située dans le département de la Seine-Maritime en région Normandie.La ville de Bolbec, la plus grande de Caux Seine agglo, est située en amont de la vallée du Commerce. Cette rivière y prend sa source, traversant ensuite Lillebonne avant de se jeter dans la Seine. La rivière du Commerce ne prend ce nom qu’à partir de Lillebonne, en aval de Bolbec. En amont, où est donc situé Bolbec, elle est nommée par une appellation plus ancienne : Le Bolbec ou la rivière de Bolbec. Située au cœur de trois vallées, la ville offre une kyrielle de petites ruelles bordées par des demeures de caractère.
