Espalion est une commune française située dans le nord du département de l'Aveyron, en région Occitanie.Le patrimoine architectural de la commune comprend sept immeubles protégés au titre des monuments historiques : la chapelle de Perse, classée en 1862, le Pont Vieux, classé en 1888, le palais de justice, classé en 1911, le château de Masse, inscrit en 1928, l'enceinte de Flaujac, inscrite en 1950, l'ancienne église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, inscrite en 1979, et le château d'Espalion et la chapelle de Calmont-d'Olt, classé en 1992.
