Saint-Péray est une commune française située dans le département de l'Ardèche, en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Autrefois située dans la province royale du Vivarais et adhérente à la communauté de communes Rhône-Crussol depuis 2014, cette petite ville est située à 5 km de Valence, chef-lieu de la Drôme dans la vallée du Rhône et ses habitants sont dénommés les Saint-Pérollais.
