Réparties dans le parc Parc de la Villette, on trouve 26 follies rouges, des bâtiments inutiles mais fous. Le Parc de la Villette est, après Père Lachaise, la plus grande zone verte de Paris. Le parc couvre 35 hectares de verdure, dont les onze jardins thématiques. Auparavant, l'endroit abritait les abattoirs de La Villette, qui ont été fermés en 1974.
