Le sommet de Finiels culmine sur le massif du Mont-Lozère à 1699 mètres. C’est le point le plus haut de la Lozère. Pour s’y rendre, il faut emprunter la D20 reliant le Pont de Montvert au Bleymard. Une fois arrivé au col, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur l’ensemble du massif et, si le temps est ensoleillé et sans nuage, vous aurez la chance d’apercevoir la mer méditerranée et le massif des Alpes.
