Le diocèse puis archidiocèse de Cambrai est une circonscription de l'Église catholique de France dont le siège est à la cathédrale de Cambrai. Mgr Vincent Dollmann en est l'archevêque depuis 2018.Le diocèse de Cambrai est créé en 580 comme diocèse suffragant de l'archevêché de Reims dans le cadre du démembrement de l'évêché d'Arras. Le territoire s'étendait de Cambrai à Bruxelles et Anvers.
